Navi + Baj's Canadian Indian Wedding

albertcheung-indian-wedding-008.jpg

If I had the room to describe every intricacy and detail of this magnificent North Indian wedding, I would have to write a book. Navi and Baj came to New York from Canada a year ago for their engagement without knowing that they would also hire me to travel to Edmonton to cover their five-day wedding. YES. Five days. At the end of it all, I made some amazing friends and adored the families I met. The Edmonton River Valley is beautiful in the summer, and it made for a perfectly bucolic backdrop for the  vibrant and highly detailed wedding celebration that Navi and Baj put together. In all the action-packed ceremonies that their Punjabi-Sikh wedding exhibited, there was one thing clear - their love for each other. Thank you so much for having us as your photographers. My assistant Adam Sue captured a few of these great moments as well.
